PIAV™ - The Personal Interests, Attitudes, and Values Assessment
What is it that motivates you to take action? What is the source of your desire to become involved in certain activities or to avoid them? Why do you behave in the manner you do? The answers lie deep within your unique set of personal interests, attitudes and values. These powerful motivating forces largely affect the WHY of your behavior, and identifying them is important to understanding what makes you effective, satisfied and personally successful. The PIAV report helps illuminate those motivating factors and attitudes, and allows you to understand the driving forces behind your decisions. It is often used as a key part of the selection process and is useful for hiring, coaching and mentoring.

PTSI® - The Personal Talent Skills Inventory
Unique to this assessment is its ability to measure an individual's cognitive structure, focusing on three dimensions of thought: systemic (the dimension of ideas, thinking and structure including systems judgment and self direction); extrinsic (the dimension of things, doing and events, including practical thinking and role awareness); intrinsic (the dimension of people, feelings and self awareness, including empathetic outlook and sense of self). Unlike any other instrument of its kind, the PTSI has a direct relationship with mathematics - the secret behind its ability to measure the core dimensions of how we think. The result is an accurate ranking of personal talent and skills describing individual, team and workplace performance potential.
